What's this blog all about?

When you are stuck on theory, or can't remember what that Buckingham bloke said about Collective Identity, then this blog will help you out with that.

As the unit progresses, we will collect together a range of video clips of A2 students giving definitions and summaries of all the theories that you will encounter during this unit. Then when you are revising or writing that essay and you can't remember what the theory is all about, all you need to do is to watch a video to help you on your way.

Easy as that.

What is collective identity and how is it mediate?

June 2010:
With reference to any one group of people that you ahve studied, discuss how their identity has been 'mediated'.
